  1. All shirts featured on our website are made-to-order garments. Once an order is placed by the customer on our website, the shirts are tailored individually according to the specified design and measurements. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide thoroughly to ensure the final product meets your expectations..
  2. We accept exchanges or returns on the following basis:
    1. Fabric fault in the shirt.
    2. Design discrepancy compared to the website.
    3. Shirt measurements do not match the provided size guide.
    4. Stitching issues with the shirt.
  3. To request an alteration or exchange, please contact our sales team. Please note that the customer will be responsible for courier charges associated with both sending and receiving the altered or exchanged item.
  4. Exchanges and remakes are subject to the availability of stock and fabric.
  5. Items marked as On Sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  6. Accessories such as men's cufflinks, belts, and lapel pins cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  7. Customized shirts made to individual measurements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  8. Refund or exchange requests will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned products.
  9. We offer free remakes in case of errors made on our part only.
